Questions and complaints
Certification involves different parties: the certified organization, the certification body (CB), the Accreditation Council (RvA) and SCCM. Each party has its own responsibility and its own procedures for responding to questions, complaints, objections or appeals. On this page you can read more about this.
Questions and complaints may concern:
- certificates issued by CBs or the functioning of a CB;
- the activities of SCCM, including the content of the certification schemes.
In the note "Procedure for questions and complaints," the situations in the diagram below are further explained and tips are provided for submitting them.
