Roadmap for setting up an environmental or OH&S management system
The roadmap consists of 10 process and content-related steps. The plan includes references to various SCCM information sheets. In the information sheets, we outline a practical approach for working out certain topics in the management system. These approaches are examples for setting up an environmental and/or occupational health and safety management system according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Continuous improvement
The environmental policy is aimed at limiting environmental impact both within the organization itself and in the chain (to the extent that the organization has influence there) and at continuous improvement. The organization must be able to demonstrate that it has insight into the possibilities for reducing environmental impact in the short and long term. These possibilities are expressed in environmental objectives and the organization’s strategic policy, which makes the ambition to improve visible.
